So far we have been working to turn a theoretical bench unit into an energy-producing reality. This has not been easy without any venture capital funding. However, we've been able to make huge progress by rolling up our sleeves and building the unit. Also, we couldn't have done it without our partners who donated countless hours and over $500,000 to build the initial unit.

"Within the last year we have formed the Corporation and placed a valuation on our shares. Nevertheless, we are not spending our time building elaborate business plans that attempt to foresee the future. Instead we're focused on building a unit that delivers specific, measurable results. There's no arguing real data coming from a working unit. That is our laser focus right now," said Ed Stockton CEO of Hydrogen Technologies Inc. We have growth models and investment plans for sales and marketing which we can share with investors. However, the valuation of the company and the size of the investment opportunity will become apparent once the unit is blowing steam said Bob Olson, CFO.
