Janet Reiser President,
Ms. Reiser is an experienced policy maker/senior executive/program manager with over 35 years of work experience in energy management, engineering, construction and telecommunications. She is experienced in all phases of enterprise development and operations as well as in executive and technical management. She is a Chemical Engineer by education.

Mr. Stockton has over 30 years of direct power plant management experience, primarily while working for Florida Power & Light. His expertise includes equipment startup, operations, maintenance, permitting, due-diligence, government relations, and regulation promulgation. He began developing the HTI technologies in 2005, and is the co-inventor and patent holder for the Dynamic Combustion Chamber, which is integral to HTI’s system. Mr. Stockton received a BS in Biochemistry from San Francisco State University. Mr. Stockton was an executive with Florida Power and Light before starting HTI.
